WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?​

We encourage you to arrive Wednesday 11/26 and book a hotel night at the Ontario Doubletree Or Sheraton Marriott Hotels.

If you cannot, then come early at 8:30am on Thursday 11/27 as the first session is at 10:00am.

ARE THERE ANY HOTEL GROUP RATES AVAILABLE?​

What is the cost of convention registration?

We work hard to make the convention affordable for families. Please visit our Register page to see a list of the program types and costs. One day passes are available for sale as well.​

what food choices will be available?​

We will have a lot of zabiha/halal food options at the convention from specialty food vendors, food trucks, snacks, drinks, coffee, lunch and dinner options. More specific details will be provided closer to the convention.

is food included in the registration ticket?​

No, food is not included in the registration ticket. Halal/Zabiha lunch and dinner options will be available for sale at the convention.

Do i need to purchase a ticket to enter the bazaar?​

No, the bazaar is free of charge and open to the public, but all attendees must be checked in and sign up at the registration desk prior to entering.

What are the bazaar hours?​

The bazaar will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM starting from Thursday, November 27 to Saturday, November 29, 2025.

What is your REFUND policy?​

​We apologize for the inconvenience, but all sales are final.
