BOOTH PACKAGE
- LOAD-IN & SET-UP: Wednesday Nov 26 from 2pm PST to 8pm PST
- CONVENTION DAYS: Thursday Nov 27 - Saturday Nov 29
- TEAR-DOWN & LOAD-OUT: Sunday Nov 30 from 8am PST to 1pm PST

BOOTH PACKAGE
- Booths are 10ft by 10ft in size
- Includes an 8ft table plus 2 chairs
- Draped Backdrop
- Side Drape Dividers
- 2 Adult Convention Tickets
- Electrical and utilities are NOT INCLUDED and must be purchased directly from the convention center.

CANCELLATIONS & BOOTH RESELLING:
Bazaar Exhibitors are limited to a MAXIMUM of 2 booths only. Any additional purchases will be cancelled and you will incur a cancellation fee
CANCELLATIONS & BOOTH RESELLING:
- No cancellation refunds after October 1st. To cancel a booth before Oct 1st, please email the MAS LA CON Bazaar Team at [email protected]. Cancellation fees are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
- Booth transfers, subleasing or reselling is prohibited, no exceptions. If you are unable to attend, please contact the MAS LA CON Bazaar Team to request a cancellation. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will have their Exhibit closed without a refund.
- Bazaar Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from selling, giving away, or offering food or beverages. Exhibitors who want to offer food/beverage samples of their shelf-stable/packaged must seek authorization from the MAS LA CON Team in advance. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will have their Exhibit closed without a refund.
- If you would like to sell freshly prepared drinks or food in the bazaar, please fill out an application for Food/Beverage Vendors - DO NOT buy an Exhibitor booth. It will be cancelled and you will incur a cancellation fee. There are limited food/beverage booths and up to MAS's discretion.
